ACP CEO Jason Grumet will kick off the conference by exploring ACP's dedication to recruitment, retention, and the advancement of clean energy initiatives. The session will also spotlight the Clean Power Institute and the industry's commitment to building a sustainable, scalable, and diverse workforce.

We'll also welcome a panel of developers and owner/operators, who will delve into safety and training, sharing success stories and lessons learned for a comprehensive exploration of operational excellence.

Plus, expanding on the well-received mental health session from last year, this year's general session will include discussions around normalizing and understanding mental health complexities in the clean power workforce.

ACP is also thrilled to welcome U.S. Congressman Scott Peters (CA-50) to the Opening Session. Congressman Peters is a true champion of the clean energy industry. In his role on the House Energy and Commerce Committee, he works to shape clean energy policy through bold legislative proposals, and active participation in oversight of federal agencies and hearings on issues which advance our industry. During a pivotal election year, hear his views on what’s on the horizon in Washington this year, how it will impact our industry and why it’s important to get involved.
