As Senior Manager for the Condition Monitoring and Analytics group at RWE Clean Energy, Michael is focused on improving processes and tools to bring high-quality, actionable data to support wind's operational teams in reducing repair and maintenance costs, and ultimately lowering LCoE. He also serves as a technical lead for RWE's North American condition monitoring team, as a technical mentor for several colleagues, and as a key participant in Drivetrain, Lubrication, and Sustainability groups within the company.

In Michael's 5 years at RWE, he has leveraged his experience in Academia (5 yrs.), Energy Storage (6 yrs.), and Automotive (14 yrs.) industries to develop several critical processes with global reach. He is an expert in instrumentation and data acquisition, drivetrains and continuously variable transmissions, and has over 2 decades of experience in acoustics and vibrations.
