Justin Grams, M.Ed

Drug & Alcohol Compliance Manager
Mastec Renewables

Justin Grams is the Drug and Alcohol Compliance Manager for Mastec Renewables. In this role, Justin leads a variety of programs including the drug free workplace and the companies mental health initiatives. Additionally, Justin manages and delivers several safety training programs across the organization.

Prior to joining Mastec Renewables, Justin worked for 15 years in higher education, most recently serving as the Director of Admission at North Dakota State College of Science. Justin holds a BS in Communication and an M.Ed in Education, both from North Dakota State University.
