Max Isaacs, MS (he/him/his)

Max Isaacs is the Senior Vice President of Health and Safety at Blue Ridge Power, a utility scale photovoltaic and energy storage EPC. Max leads the field and programming safety teams and stays in close coordination with the construction, quality, and commissioning teams to ensure a functional and seamless safety program.

Prior to pursuing safety full time, Max specialized in PV quality, commissioning, and O&M. He earned his first master electrical license in 2013 and his Master's degree in Occupational Safety and Health and 2020. Max is a Certified Electrical Safety Compliance Professional and has extensive experience with teaching courses on electrical safety and photovoltaics. In his free time, Max enjoys hiking and working on home remodeling.
