Troy Ryan

Troy Ryan is the Leeward Director of Operations based in Lee’s Summit, Missouri. Ryan is responsible for overseeing the safe and reliable day-to-day operations of the Leeward managed Eastern Region. This consists of 10 projects consisting of wind, PV, and battery storage totaling 977 MW located throughout the United States. Ryan has worked for Leeward since 2007. He previously served as plant and regional manager at the Cedar Creek wind farm in Colorado, Sweetwater 1-3 in Texas, and Allegheny Ridge in Pennsylvania. Ryan has more than 22 years of supervisory experience, WTG Operations and Maintenance, safety, new site start-ups, and balance of plant. Before joining Leeward, Ryan held several positions, including Site Supervisor with GE Wind and Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps. (USMC).
