Mitchell M. Samuelian is CEO/Founder of NuConsult Services, LLC. NuConsult is renewable energy consulting firm supporting asset owners in construction management, O&M, operational improvement, compliance, policies, procedures, training and safety. NuConsult is currently managing mutiple wind, solar and battery storage construction projects as an Owners Representative. Additionally, supporting the transition of over 1300MW of solar to self-operations and O&M RFP's.

Mitch brings more than 40 years of electric utility industry expertise to his position at NuConsult. His experience includes positions in corporate asset management, O&M, engineering, plant management, and strategic planning.

He was previously the VP of O&M for NRG/Clearway, Energy and the General Manager of Ivanpah a 392 MW concentrated solar thermal plant. Prior to NRG, Energy he was the Director of Plant Operations for First Solar and has been involved with the development, construction and operations of over 5000 MW of utility solar power plants. Prior to First Solar he was the head of Tennessee Valley Authorities’ Hydro and Renewable Operations and Maintenance program, where he oversaw pumped storage, hydroelectric, solar, wind, and methane power plants with a combined capacity of over 5200 MW distributed across 5 southeastern states.

He has a MBA with a minor in Human Resources from University of Phoenix, a BS in Nuclear Engineering from Thomas Edison State College and has a Reactor and Senior Reactor Operator License from the NRC.
