Katie Hoepfl (she/her/hers)

Katie Hoepfl is the VP of Business Development and Contract Management at RNWBL, an independent renewable services provider. She has enjoyed building an O&M division within disruptive start up. Since joining, RNWBL has grown to over 600 field technicians across its divisions and over 2GW under long term management.

Katie earned her B.S. in Physics from The University of Toledo. Following school, Katie began as a Reliability Engineer at First Solar in their manufacturing division followed by a Performance Engineer in their EPC division where she was responsible for the final testing to achieve commercial operation. She used that experience to start the Performance Engineering division at DEPCOM before finding her way back to First solar to support their O&M and EPC contracts. Katie has been on the commercial side of the industry in BD and contracts for the last 5 years, with her technical experience still a very useful tool.

Katie is a member of the Junior League of Phoenix, currently serving as their Treasurer. She also a founding board member of Faith Seeds International which is a non-profit providing education to rural communities in Quetzaltenango, Guatemala. Katie also enjoys spending time with her partner and their three dogs, Bruno, Max and Rosie.
