Scott Saniti

Scott Saniti is currently a Field Support Specialist at Shermco Industries. Scott joined Shermco Industries in 2014 as a cable specialist focusing on cable reliability testing and primary cable fault locating before moving to position of Reliability Manager which focuses primarily on managing reliability maintenance and condition-based maintenance schedules and procedures. Scott began his career at the 3M Electrical Markets Division in Austin, Texas as a High Voltage Lab Technologist performing product evaluation and qualification testing on low and medium voltage cable accessories and performing root cause analysis of product failures while managing the high voltage labs throughout the 3M facility during which time, he authored a paper “High Voltage Cable Splicing and Terminating”. He then moved onto Megger as the application engineer for the cable fault product line which involved creating and teaching Best Practice Seminars for underground cable fault locating and also writing technical notes and guides. He then joined Emerson ERS as a Field Service engineer performing substation maintenance and troubleshooting. Later moved onto the role of Director of Operations and Application support at Protec Equipment Resources before becoming to Shermco.
