Stefan Bill is Managing Director of REWITEC GmbH and Business Development Manager at Cargill Bioindustrial. He's the inventor of the REWITEC repair and protection technology for gears and bearings, applied the relevant international patents for it in 2012 and have been active in the lubricant and additive business for 20 years. Stefan studied electrical engineering with a focus on electrical drives and held several management positions at companies like ABB and other drives business companies. In 2008, he saw great potential in making wind turbines run much more efficiently, with a longer service life by using this innovative silicon-based surface coating technology in gearboxes and bearings.
