Ms. Beard is an Environmental Permitting Lead specializing in all aspects of project development, siting support, regulatory compliance, and permitting for renewable energy and power generation projects. She has over 17 years of experience conducting environmental due diligence studies, navigating the ever-changing regulatory permitting process, and coordinating with various agencies, communities, special interest groups and project stakeholders. She specializes in numerous types of utility-scale generation projects, including wind, solar, BESS, Green Hydrogen, data processing centers, cryptocurrency data centers, pipelines, and electrical transmission projects. Her experience has helped successfully complete hundreds of generation projects in at least 30 states across the USA.
