Reza Talieh, Project Engineer, Invenergy
Reza Talieh is a project engineer with Invenergy’s battery storage engineering team. He has been with the company for three years and provides technical analysis and support for the development, procurement, contracting, and construction of BESS across Invenergy’s portfolio. As Invenergy’s battery safety subject matter expert, he has engaged first responders and local authorities in Wisconsin, Nevada, Indiana, and Ontario. He also spent weeks in Arizona training local fire departments on battery hazard mitigation topics. At an industry level, he provides consultation for ACP’s Safety, Codes & Standards Committee and relevant NFPA 855 Fire Code Task Groups. Reza earned a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Southern California and a master’s degree in chemical engineering with an emphasis on sustainable energy from Stanford University.
