As the SVP of Powin Global Service, I have the honor to build and lead an incredibly energetic, inspiring, and innovative service team, that install, commission, operate and sustain the best and latest integrated Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). Powin’s mission is to lead the sustainable transformation of the outdated electric grid through increased renewables penetration, and power decentralization. Selecting and developing the very best talent, building effective procedures and processes, and deploying the very best solutions to enable the full potential of our assets is key to the service model. I believe the power of innovation and collaboration across locations, cultures and technology is essential to address today's as well as the future’s energy and decarbonization challenges.

Driving this Innovation and seeing people develop to their full potential are what inspires and motivates me and my world class team. Combining technology, talent, and leadership to expand our influence and effect change to a greener energy solution that can help humanity to prosper and grow is the motivating factor that energizes me to deliver at the highest level every day.
