As the leader of a high-quality, service-based organization, I primarily specialize in 2 competencies: personnel development and organizational design. Regarding the first, I'm passionate about developing both technicians and leaders to become happy and effective in both their home and work lives. To make this happen, I use training and developmental programs similar to those I created for military special operations and the United States Air Force Academy. This covers everything from in-depth technical training to quality-of-life courses such as financial management.

My focus in organizational design comes from a visceral understanding that systems can make or break the outcome of any organization. My aim is to create common-sense processes which effectively manage risk while allowing decisions to be made at the lowest responsible level. Such systems require more deliberate communication but create, in my experience, an unparalleled engagement from every team member. This engagement is what makes working with us different than working with most other companies. It is what creates our safety, our quality and the ease integration.
