Timothy Palmer has been a safety and health professional for over 40 years. He served in the U.S. Navy 6 years as a Navy Corpsman specializing in Emergency Medicine and obtained his nursing license before starting his career in the safety profession. Tim spent 16 years working with ExxonMobil and Aera Energy in Southern California in both onshore and offshore production facilities. Palmer became the Director, Environmental, Health and Safety for TIC Holdings Inc. overseeing over 120 safety professionals in 14 production units and companies across the US and Canada. Palmer worked with Black and Veatch as the Associate Vice President, Division EHS&S Manager for Construction and Procurement and currently is the Sr. Vice President, EHS for Wanzek Construction/MasTec Renewables in the Clean Energy and Infrastructure Division of MasTec.
Palmer is a member of the ACP EHS Steering committee, Chair of the Construction Sub-Committee, member Solar group subcommittee, Chairman of the National Construction Safety Executives, and Professional Member ASSP.
