Matt Côté (he/him/his)

Director of the Operations Program
Canadian Renewable Energy Association, Quebec

Mathieu (or Matt) is the Director of the Operations Program at the Canadian Renewable Energy Association. Matt has 10 + years of industry experience, having worked for a Wind/Solar/Hydrogen developer in a business development role in France, as well as roles as Customer Relations Manager, Commercial Manager and Managing Director for a major wind turbine manufacturer in the United Kingdom, Quebec, and Nova Scotia. He started his career commissioning the MAPLE Nuclear reactors in Ontario, (dedicated to the production of medical isotopes). He has a Co-op Physics degree from Dalhousie University in Halifax. In his spare time, he skis, attempts marathons and wrangles a precocious 6-year-old son.
